Residenza Olivia is located in the Castel De’ Ceveri district. It is a residential quiet area immersed in nature but just a stone’s throw away from Rome. In fact, we’re located only around 20 km from the central area of Rome.

At Residenza Olivia you will discover and appreciate the perks of the Roman countryside: fresh air, large spaces and limited noise. While we’re sure you’re gonna want to enjoy the pool and the garden, there are also many things you can do outside the house.
